For project report preparation you have to do the following:
1. Contact bank manager and get information about margin on loan and interest rate.
2. Then prepare the project report with the following topics.
a)Introduction - About the project. Say whats the project for which loan is asked for.
b)Promoter - say about the promoter of the project, his financial background, experience in tthe field, etc.
c)Location - Say where the project is proposed to be located.
d)Project in detail - Mention the nature of operations in the business.
e)Market Potential - Say how much potential will be there in the market for the products, Support with statistical data.
f)Conclusion - Say that the project will be financially viable and technically feasible.
g) Financial Paramaters -
i)Project Cost & means of finance
ii)Loan repayment schedule
iii)Projected Balance Sheet & P&L.
iv)Projected Cash flow
v)DSCR Statement - Show the Debt Service Coverage Ratio for the projected period.
