Mr introuduce his land and building as capital in partnership firm for development of the land and making complex. Is any registration of any document is required as per registration act, or is any stamp duty to be paid. This case is of Rajasthan, if any case law on this subject pl inform.

Could any one please help me in studying for costing paper for my nov 08 attempt - pcc. At the very thought of the subject i tend to loose sleep and also others like accounts and tax. Theory ones are okay. just 2 to 3 proper reading of the study material i feel will do.

What is the procedure for setting up liaision office of a non-resident INDIVIDUAL? Specifically:

a)Being individual, the person does not have audited balance sheet or memorandum of association?

b) What is the format of letter of authorised signatory? Where and for how much should it be stamped?

c) It there any letter to be given by the individual to RBI? If so, format of the letter.
