If in an organization,the Finance Department is following some Salary break up policy for CTC decided by managment. If during the financial year they want to change the restructure the policy of payroll, then is it advisable to change it in between FY? Inform us about implications of the same.

Generally the break up is being decided and calculated by Finance or HR?

Can the global financial crisis be arrested by pumping tons of money into the economy as be done by US and European Govt.? If so , will it not result in inflation.??

Similarly RBI in India is trying to intoduce more liquidity reducing CRR, Repo rate and so on. how far these would affect the economy?

I have gone through A Riddle and found that 2 Bastsmen on 94 each 3 balls remaining and can both of them get 100rds.
I would like to add something more they both can get hundered's on 2 consecutive balls and in the same over and ball doesn't hit any helmet/cap.
