I joined an organization (say A and PF account maintained by RPFC, Pune) in 1999. I resigned and joined another organization (say B) in June 2005. I have twice given a request to transfer my PF funds but no action has been taken as yet. If I now decide to close the PF account associated with organization A and withdraw the money, will I still get interest for the period, June 2005 until now?

Can we file Balance Sheet and Annual Return in Form 23AC & ACA and Form 20B by simply mentioning Sd/- in place of actual signature of directors. Is this a legal method. Share your experience.

Let me tell you that i am following this method from last 2 years and all the forms are approved at MCA portal and properly reflected in the Master Data of my companies.

i m doing PCC. Actually i just want to know that on wat points does a ca examiner gives us marks in theory papers like the subheadings, and the matter, etc
And also how long the matter should be even if for eg. a question carrying 5 marks and the if the answer of that question contains half a page matter then does a ca examiner want more matter or it would be enough to get marks in that answer.
And wat other points does they expext from a student in theory

i m doing pcc. actually i m doing Audit from paduka and its very vast. So is it necessary to do every question or is there a trend or something. Please help me that how to approach in this subject.
And my problem in theories are that i could retain only a bit of what i read. Actually i read answer 2 to 4 times then also cant retain it much. So reading answers would be enough or either i have to try to mug it up not wholly but partially
