I am practising since last Jan,2009 under Propietorship concern in the name of S K BAHETI & ASSOCIATES,CA'S AHMEDABAD.Also Iam having C/A with Corporation Bank in the name of Above Firm.
Now query is whether an I.T.refund going to be issued in future on intimation u/s 143(1)(a) in the name of Sanjay Baheti as prop.of said concern can be accepted by bank for deposit purposes.

A company having it head office in rajasthan and factory in madhya pradesh.
there are 7 employees at head office and 14 employees at branch.

will no of employees at both the location be clubed for pf applicability.

if yes, in which state company should take PF registeration.
