what if the due date of filing any return (especially excise) is sunday? is next day to it vl be the due date or the day before sunday vl be the due date?

I have cleared my PCC exam in Nov.,09 & Enroll for Ca final.

My query is, my Attempt of Ca Final is due in Nov,10 & my classes(For A/c,MAFA & Law) will starts from 24th May,10.

So please Suggest me whether should i appear in nov,10 attempt Or not i.e. 5 months(June,10 to nov,10) are enough for preparation including classes also?
