08 January 2010 Can excess service tax paid on transportation services (25% of value) be taken as excise credit?
or otherwise it can be adjested i.e.less paid for the next month?

This Trust Formed 23-11-2009.Nothibng donation Collected till Date.What are the documets to be requiered for Registration of 12A &80G, is possible to Registration 80 G Now,and how much professional fee and un professional fee to be bear.

11 January 2010 Credit of GTA services inward and intermittent is clearly available.
As far as outward GTA is concerned the view is that the credit should not be denied. Presenlty the Karnataka High Court has held in ABB case that credit should not be allowed for outward freight.
