Dear Sir,

My question is can two already registered partnership firm with ROF can make a new Partnership Firm and do the business in name of new firm.

27 December 2009 NO two firms cannot constitute another partnership firm

Partnership firms doesn't have separate personality, only company form of organizations have corporate personality independent to its members.

The existence or partnership firms are highly depended on its members. As partnership firms Doesn't have separate entity as such two firms can constitute another firm.
