ESIC Registration COmpliances

Sir ,

We have incorporated a newly company and we have registered under ESIC at the time of incorporation. Right now there is no transaction in our company and the employee are also around 2 employees .We just want to know what are the compliance to be followed in esic even there is no deduction of esic and employees.

TDS AND INCOME TAX

IF A PERSON NET MONTHLY SALARY IS 12896 Rs ..And he is getting a commission of Rs 230000 then what is the TDs amount and will he liable for income tax ?? Please explain with example

RBI - FEMA provision

Dear sir,
i need advise on FEMA provision on below transaction.
1. can we received foreign currency from customer outside india in USD
2. It does not have any physical export of goods or shipping bills
3. Material will be supplied to local customer as per foreign customer INSTRUCTION.
4. No agency relation between customer in foreign country and india.

whether such transaction is allowed under FEMA.

Our trust has registered under Society Registgration Act, 1860. Whether it is necessary to register under BOMBAY PUBLIC TRUST , 1950. Kindly advise us. The said trust is already registered under Section 12A of Income Tax, 1961.

Capital gains tax on agricultural land

Four legal heirs have decided to sell an agricultural land in a small village away from any Municipality/Corporation (more than 20 Kms). The land was purchased by their ancesstors about 75 to 80 years back. The value of the land is not known as only a patta is available.
1. How will be the capital gains calculated?
2. If the sale proceed are to be equally divided, how will be the capital gains calculated for each leagal heir?
3. One legal heir is willing to forego his share of sale proceed in favour of the other three persons. Now, how will be the capital gains on each of them calculated?

Letter of Credut

I want to know if buyer in Dubai opens letter of credit for Sri Lanka company, how to I get indenting fees or brokerage of 500 usd in my bank account directly as the shipper exports goods to Dubai through letter of credit mode. As exporter gets money when they will give all documents in their bank with letter of credit.
