ok here is my case
i have joined my articleship on 13th feb 2012 and my ca promised that if i come for two years regularly without any stipend he will allow me to take one year of leave.
but now he is not fulfilling his promise .

im in second year of my articleship and he is not giving me any stipend so this is a valid reason of trasfer but i want to know why would he sign my transfer form knowing that this will cause problem for hin??

please help me..

i hv applied for inspection or certified copies application as, i am nt satisfied wid result. but institute send status as "compliance awaited- declaration required" and i dnt hv any mail from institute...cn u pls help me wht does it mean???

I had duly filled and submitted form112 in august 2008 to pursue BCOM,bt did not received any letter for granting permission.I am not having any photocopy of form112. Now when i hv applied for membership form institute is saying to file form112 again with penalty of rs.1000. What should i do now.And If confirmation letter is not received can it be deemed that permission is granted to pursue BCOM.

As per RBI Circular RBI/2013-14/292 DBS.CO.PPD No. 3578 /11.01.005/2013-14 dated September 17, 2013 all the Scheduled Commercial Banks (Excluding RRBs) / Local Area Banks are instructed not to indulge in the zero percent EMI schemes offered.

Is this means that NBFCs are allowed to provide loans on such zero percent schemes, as NBFC are not written in circular?
