in form 103 of article registration, in 8th page, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT is to be filled by us or by institute? if so what to be filled by us. whether we should fill details regarding payment made for ipcc registration (including articles fee RS.1000/-)....? or we should make extra payment to the institute?

In case of my client KARTA of HUF, who is having spouse and only 2 married daughters .
Bank Manager is not accepting either daughter or his wife as a nominee for Fixed deposit made by the HUF.

In such case who can become nominee then.

Whether the revised guidelines as per RBI circular No. RBI/2013-14/254 for submission of Softex form is applicable to all exporter even invoice value of exported goods is less than USD 25000 or it is only applicable to exporter having turnover of Rs.1000 crore (Bulk exporter. however, sub-Regulation (d) of regulation (4) of foreign exchange management (export of goods and service) regulation,2000, exempts the exporter having invoice value less than 25000.
