He wants to know the formalities, procedures, and the approvals to be obtained from various authorities to receive the amount in India . Whether any permission is required from RBI or any other authorities in India and if so provide the detailsat the earliest.

one person did not give the details of tax deductees (i.e. pan no) due to non availability of information. but Tds was deducted and paid to govt within a due date (ie. 7th of succeeding month).. but we are not able to file 26q for the quarter. for that any interest or penalty will be leviable?

I have following queries- 1. is esic applicable on me as I don't work through "FACTORY" and I m not involving in any "MANUFACTURING PROCESS". 2. for calculating limit of 10/20 employees , which employees should be considered? - employees having salary less than 15000 - or all employees. thanks for help..
