We submitted a company name (SK TARANG INFOMATICS Private Limited) through Inc-1 which got approved 2 days ago. Now the client wants to change the name to "SK TARANG INFORMATICS PRIVATE LIMITED" How do we go about changing the name now because the proposed new name is very similar to the name that just got approved?

my husband may get transferred to foreign country during my second year of articleship, in that case can i transfer my atilceship to some other firm??
am i allowed to do so?
i have already once changed my articleship firm during firat year of my articleship

I have joined articleship on 13th april 2013, after that trasfer from 1st employer on 05/03/2014 and registered under new employer on 15/03/2014.
In my first article ship there is extention of 60 days by first employer &10 days are for late joinning new articleship.
