Authorisation holder shall submit statement of export with in three months from the expiry of block year duly certified by a Chartered Accountant and concerned Bank to the Regional Authority. He shall also submit yearly performance of export to the R.A. by 30th April of every year.

Please clarify me if we are not submit above statement then what are the consequences faced by the organization.

I have lost/missing a cheque dt. 22.07.2015 blank cheque only sign the cheque but no date and no amount and no name of any other was fill and i have given the application in my bank for lost/missing my cheque and my bank stop the cheque as reason " Lost by cheque by drawer" but some boddy got the cheque and date fill in cheque dt. 19.11.2015 and dishonered the cheque and file the case u/s 138 of NI Act than what can i do.

I am in my third year of articleship. On the account of severe headaches (migraine) and chest pains doctors have advised me for rest so i have decided to take termination on medical grounds. I have discussed thiswith my principal and he agrees to terminate my articleship. My doctor has agreed to give me medial certificate (Government Hospital). I have gone through the procedures of termination and I have certain queries regarding that:
1) Whether request letter (to be send by article trainee to the institute) for termination be hand written?
2) Whether consent of principal be on his letter head or on a plain paper or his signature on my request letter will amount to his consent?
3) What may be the grounds on which institute may reject my request?

Please guide me on following matter regading TDS

Our co. Appoint some part time employee for graphic designong work on freelancing basis.

So, we make their payment under the head of Professional service.

Is TDS applicable in the above case ? If yes then how? Because how we calculate the payment amount for max. Limit for single bill & p/a . Because there are six such type of freelacer doing professional service and there payment amount is different from each other.
