While uploading Form IIIB (PTRC Return) for the month of March’18 we are getting below errors:

1) Error while file upload.
2) Al least one BRF message of type W,E,A or X occurred
3) Balance Payable should not be more than zero

I have a national level society registered in 2015 but never did anything yet. At time of registration, I was asked to make members from 7 different states and i did that. Now I a have these queries:

1. Can I change the governing body with new ones who need not to be from 7 different states?

2. What proofs are required for changing the registered address of the Society?

3. Post registration, can all members be from same state or members always has to be from 7 states ?

4. Is minutes of annual general meeting need to be signed by all members?

We are applying for a new company formation along with allotment of DIN through SPICe. While running a prescrutiny on the form, it is showing an error that DSC of directors not registered with MCA.

How can we register DSC for directors in such a situation when we don't yet have their DIN.
