Dear All,
A firm is selling agricultural lands at Hubballi.
This is black soil land and 1-1/2 feet deep we can find that the land is solid, so that it can be fit for construction.

The person who took us for site visit, says he will register the Land on my name after I credit the 5000/- (per month) EMIs to His bank account starting August 2019, which he said he will Whatsapp me his A/c number. This 5000/- I need to pay him for the next 5 years (approx).

He has given the receipt of the said land, and the Non-Judicial agreement paper. I have paid him 25,000/- advance towards Development fee (he says needed for electricity, drainage work, etc).

My first doubt is he says he will register the land on my name after I pay him all the nearly, 60 months EMI.
Says he will take the amount for registration of the land at the cost applicable at that time.

Kindly advise me if this guy (S.S. Developers, Hubballi, karnataka) is a fake one or genuine firm.

I want to make payment of PTEC of my client for the f y (2019-20), But as per OTPT scheme minimum 3 yrs payment can be made in advance, As this scheme is optional, I wnt to make PT payment only for one year, But couldn't find the link for the payment for one year on the site Mahagst.gov.in... Pls help

The firm was originally formed in the year 1991 but at that time no firm registration number was taken. I want to know what will be the penalty charges for the firm if I take the number now.

in case i merge my existing firm say A & CO. with B & CO.; then a partnership needs to be mandatory made in addition to merger agreement?

in case partnership deed is to be made then what would be the date of commencement of business of partnership i.e. current date or the date of establishment of the oldest/older firm (because in merger agreement the merged firm's date of establishment shall be the date of older firm)?

whether merger agreement and partnership deed needs to be registered in Court?

In challan wrong pan number was entered by our assessee, so that we received a notice from Income tax office. For that reason can any one give me the format of reply letter to Income tax office.

Individual person takes personal loan on behalf of his auto from bank and next year expires without paying the loan amount, pertaining period is 2007-08.
Now bankers recovery cell wants to get recovery forcefully from his family although family (wife is handicap & both children are minor) is unable to pay the loan amount and now there have no auto.
Family was unknown about this loan. The recovery cell is making call to their and getting scared.
is family liable to pay the loan amount and what would be remedy for the family.
