I was taken PTRC Registration as on April 2018 but doesn't use TIN No.
Plz. Tell me Return and Payment Process.

30 June 2019 DEAR FRD ,OK AS PER UR DETAIL U HAVE TAKE PTRC REGISTRATION
PTRC REG IS FOR EMPLOYEES PROFESSION TAX DEPOSITING TO GOV TAKEN BY EMPLOYEER
AS PER UR EMPLOYEES IF U HAVE 10 EMPLOYEES U HAVE TO MAKE MONTLY PAYMENT OF THERE PT BY DEDUCTING IN THERE SALARY
IN UR PTRC NUMBER ONLINE
AND THE RETURN IS FILLED MONTLY FOR FIRST YEAR IF U R IN MAHARASHTRA

03 July 2019 1st as u say if u not started business u may apply for cancelation of ptrc registration
2d penalty in maharashtra is Rs 1000 per month or u have annual periodicity rs 1000 for year as from Apr18 to march19
3rd filling process is simple u may go to mahagst.gov.in web site & check
