IT IS VERY MUCH DIFFICULT TO GET REGISTERED UNDER SOCIETY ACT TO CREATE A NGO. MY QUESTION IS CAN WE REGISTERE A NGO UNDER TRUST ACT AND AVAIL ALL BENEFITS INCLUDING GOVT. AID.

Dear All,

I am not able to search files in this new avtar of the caclubindia.com. All search are routed through google and this shows results for all sections like forum queries etc. Please help how can i search in shared files only.

TDS

While depositinig the amount of TDS for the month of June 09 we deposited Rs.1541 extra than deducted. I want to know can the amount be adjusted and how the amount will be shown in the TDS return of Ist Qtr.
