Hi, I m ca final student, I have completed one year of my articleship. I just want to know that if i want to take break for 6 months then what should i do..

can i stop my articleship for 6 months..i will start it again after 6 months..i just want to take break..


Please tell me the procedure if it is possible..

my client had taken a shares at the time of term loan as per bank rules . he was refunded that loan with in a stipulated time & than he has requested to the bank refund his excess share money ( to keep nominal share mony which is requred for bank for maintaing a share holder).but that co-operative bank denay for that refund .my question is can co-opetative bank refuses such demand? (The Share money is near about Rs 35000/- & Nominal Share application Money around Rs. 1500/-) Rs 33500/- not a premium amount I have that much amount of share certificate.(Rs. 35000/-)

Hi...i have attended seminar in mumbai-wirc for 6 cpe hours but when i check my status on websit cpeicai.org then i found it is only 4 hours which i have done at other place...please sugges what to do...
because i do not have any proof to prove...

is it possible, to claim it from SBI branch of Kolkata by payaing any extra charges ?
