My friend has cleared CA final is May 2002. He didnt take membership that time because he was busy in some assignments. Now he wants to take membership. GMCS is compulsorily applicable for him ???

Yes, of course. For all CA Final passed outs, who want to apply for membership now has to complete GMCS.
