rule 14 of wealth tax provides that WDV as per books of depreciable assets is the value for wealth tax purpose.
WDV as per income tax books or as per companies act..in cases wer both are maintained?

Company has uplod exitemployee details in their exitemployement website where I also can download PF withdrawal form butI cant know how much PF is available in my PF Account. and in PF withdrawl form there is a details about PF amount and advance stamped Receipt.
My query is :-
1. What I have to do next ?
2. Do I send PF withdrawl from without knowing about my PF total amount ?
3. do I have to send them PF withdrawl form without written (stay blank),Received sum of Rs.,Cheque No. and Date of advance stamped receipt.
