Is it necessary to take a graduation course while doing CA.I am confused as some say that not doing a graduation course like b.com will hinder admission for post graduation courses career but if so i would rather prefer to do a regular course rather than correspondence which is not possible while articleship?please help

If a finance company not registered with RBI lends loan to shop owners etc to enable them to finance and sell their products to retail customers. The financing is done for retails and the payment is directly made to the shop owner/ authorised dealer. Is the Shop owner/ retail customer liable to deduct TDS on the interest paid to the finance company? The finance company is supposed to be a partnership or a proprietorship firm.
