Query relating to cost sheet

I just wanted to know that what will be the treatment of Manufacturing wages and manufacturing expenses in Cost sheet,whether it will be treated as Direct cost or it will be taken as Factory Overheads.

TDS on interest paid on loan by a finance company/firm

If a finance company not registered with RBI lends loan to shop owners etc to enable them to finance and sell their products to retail customers. The financing is done for retails and the payment is directly made to the shop owner/ authorised dealer. Is the Shop owner/ retail customer liable to deduct TDS on the interest paid to the finance company? The finance company is supposed to be a partnership or a proprietorship firm.
