When we Do Entry in Tally for TDS Journal with Selection TDS Nature of Payment : “Payment to Transpoter” it Deduct TDS on Same ….
Which was not doing before version used 1.61 .. & before 31.3.2010.
Can u give some Suggestion or Some Soultion for Same or SOME TCP file if no updated in Stat realese .

I am an MBA graduate with specialization in finance and CWA inter. i would like to know which software programmes must be known to excel in a finance job?

i want to have a clear idea about professional tax-
1. when this is to be applicable?
2. whether statewise p.tax registration is required for the branches situated in different states ?
3.If so are the slabs for p.tax for different states same ?

Can any body explain me about Bank Guarantee?
If Bank Guarantee is given by a bank on behalf of a company, does that company has to
i) provide any commission to that bank?
ii) the company has to set aside some
amount to the bank so that after BG period is over the same amount is transferred to the cc account of the company?

As per P.F. Act, Maximum Basic Salary is RS.6500/-.
My query is if my basis is Rs. 10000/- in that case can i request my employer to deduct p.f. on rs. 6500/- instead of rs. 10000/-. If yes, what is the procedure for that.

If it is specificaly mentioned in P.F. Act kindly send me.
