Folder Name & File Name Colour

I have a folder containing a large number of files. I would like to change the font color of a few of the file names so that they would stand out from the rest and be easier to locate when the folder is opened. Anyone know of a way to do this or know of any

NO DEAR IT IS NOT POSSIBLE. YOU CAN GIVE DIFFERENT COLOR TO THE FOLDERS OR DIFFERENT ICONS BUT YOU CANT CHANGE THE FONT AND COLOR OF A FEW SELECTED FILES.
