If a invoice raised in USD for $10,400 on 17th July 2010 While accounting it in tally is it correct to take the amount of invoice as $10400*46.74(Avg exchange Rate)or after taking bank charges ??

HOW TO MAKE APPLICATION TO DGFT...i.e WHICH ALL DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED TO DGFT TO AVAIL FOCUS MARKET SCHEME AND WHERE TO MAKE APPLICATION.

Im pursuing ca Final(NEW) my attempt is Nov,10 im confident in writing in one grp but i hve not seen on the scond grop if i start the second grp can i get for the exams

im feeling tension on second grp even i dnt have a single knolwede on it if i start nw can i get for the exams

someone is saying that if one grp is passed out it is not possible to come out the the other grp itll take so much of time to complete

We are importing some equipments from Germany. Our supplier is furnishing us Bank Gurantee from a foreign bank on the bank's letter head.

As per Indian law. A bank guarantee from Indian bank can only be accepted, if that is executed on Non-Judicial Stamp paper.

So, whether a BG executed on letter head by a foreign bank can be accepted?

Please mention any circular reference.

I am practising since last Jan,2009 under Propietorship concern in the name of S K BAHETI & ASSOCIATES,CA'S AHMEDABAD.Also Iam having C/A with Corporation Bank in the name of Above Firm.
Now query is whether an I.T.refund going to be issued in future on intimation u/s 143(1)(a) in the name of Sanjay Baheti as prop.of said concern can be accepted by bank for deposit purposes.
