Accounting treatment

Sir, please solve my query.. Suppose
Company A= Consignor (Gujrat)
Company B= Buyer (Ludhiana)
Company C= Consignee (Ludhiana)

Company B purchased chemicals from company A and delivered at Company C. Invoice value is Rs.100000 +Rs.2000 (Cst agst C form) & Qty.(1000 x Rs.100).
Now company issued a sale Invoice to Company C. Invoice Value Rs.110000 (1000 x Rs.110). No any tax charged in Invoice bill. Company B issued a C-Form to Company A.
Now question is that Company B says that company C will be issued a C-Form to Company B in future. But there is no any entry related to CST & CST not mentioned in sale invoice by Company B. please reply me 1) Should company B charged the local vat tax from company C.
2) Is tax is theft by Company B.
3) Can company C be issued C-Form to company B.
4) Should Local tax/Cst be mentioned in Sale invoice which is issued by Company B to Company C.

Kindly revert me as soon as possible.

Capitalisation

Dear sir,

I have a question on accounting of fixed assets. As we purchased the 10 settop boxes for our company.

Each of the settop box is Rs. 1200. The total value of the asset is Rs. 12,000.

The accountant has considered it as maintenance expenses. But I have idea it should be classified under fixed asset.

Please clarify with this accounting issue.

with regards,

R. Gurucharan.

An entity(not a company) is engaged in running one Pre-nursery school and planning to open many more in future under a brand name.

For now FY13-14 they are incurring expenditure for food as meals for children and buys raw material like milk, fruits etc. Though this expense is revenue , I want to know the treatment of Kitchen crockery & cutlery and appliances like oven, juicer, stove etc, whether they are to be capitalised or not. If they are to be capitalised then what should be rate of depreciation and if they are to be amortised, then the manner and disclosure in notes on accounts

Also they have incurred hugh expense over toys ( vehicles, animals, first aid etc) for around 10 lacs, in addition to that they also bought a jumbo micky house alone costing near 4lacs, whether all these should be capitalised and what should be depreciation rate?

In FY12-13 they have incurred expenditure both revenue and capital but no commencement of business happen, whether revenue expenditure be treated as pre-operative expenditure? It should be capitalised to fixed asset or treated as Deferred revenue expenditure?

Thanks
