Nature of payment made to naukri.com for services?

What will be the nature of payment made to Naukri.com for taking its services to hire staff?

Also, will any TDS be liable to be deducted?

if a client has claimed a tds refund and it is yet receivable,then in which class of asset it should be placed????

Income tax refund received

What shall be the accounting entry for refund received without any interest in case of a company. Would like to mention that, the refund is due to excess deposit of interest u/s 234B.

Treatment of capital profit in accounts

I faced following issue in audits-
Private ltd.Company has sold fixed assets in FY 12-13.Profit on sale is credited to P & L A/c.My query is whether profit in excess of original cost should be credited to capital reserves?AS 10 and AS 5 requires same to be disclosed under P&L. Guidance note on terms used in Financial statement issued by icai describes reserve not available for distribution.In light of above whether treatment given by Company is right?
