dear sir , we purchase a car(which is our fixed assets) and made first payment by bank and paying rest amount in EMI , i want to know how to make entry in tally? and Is EMI will be under indirect exps and first cheque payment comes under which group ? please answer me in detail.

TDS deduted on payment which due in march 15 and tds deposited to the authority on 8th april 15. In the books of we post that payment in the march or april

To Reduce the Employees Tax liability We have: Telephone; Attire; Car; Medical; LTA & Food Coupons (Sodexo) Reimbursements. In 'Telephone' Reimbursement:- Whether Broadband connection , Data usage Bills can that be Claimed? And as per law are there any limits set for Telephone; Attire; Car; Medical & LTA Reimbursement.

what is the treatment of assets which are carrying over in b/s from last many years i.e. 6 or 7 years .
should we completely write off that assets whose life has already been expired as per new sch.

i have a bill, amount 56600/-. and its full and final settlement with 52000/-. what the benefit if i ignore discount receive 4600/- and reduce the bill amount from 56600/- to 52000/-.???

i received free quantity from my company..which i received in april month but it is of march month.....quantity is at nominal rupee 1 or 2 rupee.......how to account for it...should i account it in march or april and how??????please reply
