Suppose a Company applies IND-AS voluntarily from April 15.. I.e for d FY 15-16
Is company supposed to apply IND-AS also on FY 14-15 because financials r reported on comparative basis?

Yes. It will have to prepare comparative figures. Same with 1st time applicability from FY 16-17, you will have to prepare comparative figures of previous year 15-16.
