ACCOUNTING FOR 'PROVISION FOR INCOME TAX ' AND REVERSAL OF TEH SAME

Companies (AS) Rules, 2006

Dear All,
Following is a hyperlink to Companies (Accounting Standards) Rules, 2006
These rules only provide for AS 1 to 7 & 9 to 28. I am unable to understand why AS 8 (on Research & Development) is not included..

tds on a tour party

Our office organize a tour (included lunch+dinner+transport) for 2 night and 3 days for their employee so, we are paying 50% in advance to resort in himachal. TDS will be attract on this payment or not.
