My company is selling their products through C&F agents , if one of the C&F has changed his status from partnership to proprietor ship, then what legal documents will be collected by the company from C&F.

Billing software at c&F location is controlled from head office .
Our factory comes under U.P. Vat Act. and the said C&F is in Haryana .

We are using Forklift, Pallet Trucks and Mobile Cranes in our company.

All the above mention assets are coming under Motor car or Plant and Machinery for depreciation purpose? Pls advice.

Hi Freinds, I am about to complete an audit and now going through the cash flow statement. the company has taken over two companies under scheme of amalgamation and the PC was paid by issuing some shares as well as cash.I just wanted to know that what adjustments are required to be done in cash flow Statement as shares has been issued without effecting cash.
