A private ltd. company buy back its shares. Co. had paid to shareholder out of its bank balance. Company has securities premium. Please tell me all journal entries which company has to pass. Also can company buy its shares from CC Account of its bank.

while calculating net assets fair value of investment( non trading) are to be considered. but which value will be fair value, either it is market value, cost or ant other. pls reply early

i have received a government grant from goverment which is i m deposited into bank for some period.
condition is any interest received on grant should be refundable to the government.
now my query is wht will be accounting entry on receiving inerest and on rufunding the same.
and how can we show in balance sheet that interest.

Few debtors was long outstanding last four years, not giving payment. one is the debtors value was Rs.40,000/= and others below 7,000/-.I want to written off.My quistion is it possible if your reply yes so what I write narration. plz solve

i was solving problems on as-11. i got stuck in passing the journal entries having foreign exchange and foward contract to minimise exchange rate risk.

confusion was due to forward contract. also i did not understand what is forward premium.

someone please help my logically the journal entries for forward contract??
