Due to problems in internet banking, can a company A pay it excise / TDS dues from other person(s) internet banking a/c (with permission ofcourse). How to take it in books of accounts.

25 March 2011 Make payment from company A to say individual B of exact amount of tax on the same day and account for as if payment was made for tax or otherwise debit his loan a/c and credit when he makes the tax payment.

25 March 2011 You can deposit exact tax amount in your chartered accountants account. Then u can make the payment for the same through his account.

The payment will be accepted by the government department.
