In interview one manager ask me that if there are two company A & B, bill receivable by A on the behalf of Company B then what will be the journal entry in books of B Accounts and he ask what is intercompany Accounting.

Depreciation

Sir,
Can anybody tells me that if a Factory doesn`t run in a year then it is necessary to charges depreciation on full rate to it?
Please explain.

Depreciation

If a Comapny changes the rate of depreciation for one and only one of its fixed assets then this fact will have to be disclosed in the Notes to Accounts or not.
