12 November 2010 Freight Forwarders charge 2% brokerage on freight to Shipping Lines. Is this brokerage chargeable under service tax and under which category ?

13 November 2010 no service tax on brokerage. but when you releasing the brokerage amount, you need to deduct tds 10% under section 94H
