Bonus act-latest amendment on increase of minimum limit

Is there any new amendment in bonus act or any notification regarding the increament in minimum basic pay limit. Earlier it was 10000/- p.m. Is there any such notification increament in this slab?

The limit is Rs. 3,500 only. Rs. 10,000 had been proposed in the amendment bill, 2010. But the same has not been passed.
So the limit is still Rs. 3,500

Thanx for replying..but as per that limit we are getting bonus from last two years. my ask is whether the minimum limit of eligibility of bonus is revised from 10000 to next or not?
