Please clarify:
What should be the calculation salary for the purpose of Bonus for Empolyees whoose sly is upto Rs. 10,000/-:
1.Rs. 3,500/- Or Rs. 5000/-
2. Minimum 8.33% Or 11%

As per Labour Law 8.33% is mandate But paying more than that is according to the Management/company policy.
