Hi,

Hailed from Coimbatore Tamil Nadu, Living in Bangalore, working for a Garment Manufaturing Company (who exports to European Contries) for past 7 years, Handling Finance and Accounts Department, Advice to HR Department, Controlling ERP Department.

Our factory employee strength is about 1600, Solving the workers problem, administration, etc is my routine work.

As for Income Tax, I have appeared for the assement before AC for successive 3 years with my CA. Regarding PF I have appeared for regular Assesment and for Scrutiny before RPC for successive 3 years. Regarding ESI I have appeared 3 times before Asst Director for Assessment and 1 time before Director for Appeal. Regarding Inspector of Factories had regular contact with Sr Dir of Factories etc.. Regarding Pollution Dept I have regular contacts with Inspector & AE for developing the STP in our factory. I have appeared for Commercial Tax Department for Entry Tax Procedure.
