Board Resolution for release the Title Deeds mortgaged against the loan and authorisation for collecting title deeds.

"RESOLVED THAT the ....bank be and is hereby requested to release the title deeds mortgaged at the time of obtaining financial assistance from the Bank.
"RESOLVED THAT Shri............ be and is hereby authorised to release and obtain the title deeds on behalf of the company and to sign, seal, execute and deliver all such documents and to do all such acts as may be necessary to give effect to the above resolution.
