Can I know about the notifications, if any, as per which a separate disclosure on Prevention of Sexual Harassment required in the Directors Report under Section 134 of the Companies Act, 2013.

No notification. Mandatory as per section 22 of The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention,Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 20 13.
