15 February 2013 What are the consequences for failure to send outcome of Board Meeting to stock exchanges within 15 minutes from the conclusion of the Board Meeting???

Firstly It will be breaching of Listing Agreement entered with Stock Exchanges.

The Exchanges demand the reason for not sending the same within time.

As Per Section 15A of SEBI Act, 1992:
Penalty of Rs. 1 lakh per day during which penalty continue or Rs. 1 Cr, which ever is less.

15 February 2013 sir, do we have any way out for the same??

as i mail the outcome to BSE Official but the same has not been updated on website.

Can we hope any remedy in this??

If you have send the mail to BSE then it is sufficient from your end to comply the same.

I will suggest you to check your intimation on corporate announcement section of BSE portal and don't check on your company section as maintain by BSE.

I also face the same.

Don't worry.

Check the same.

15 February 2013 Sir, i already check on corporate section of BSE Portal, there is no update at such and its almost one month passes from that date.

if i will re-send it again today in continuation of trail mail so will it be consider valid?
