Can the First Board meeting of a Private Limited Company be held on the Incorporation date??

It can be on the date of receipt of incorporation certificate and not before that.

Agree with Warrier sir.
Technically it is not possible to have a BM before the receipt of incorporation certificate bcoz only incorporation certificate can tell u the exact date of incorporation.
