if original bm not hving quorum
it is adjourned n if adjourned bm is not also having quorum then what?

board of directors under art 51A have the duty and obligation, to attend the board meetings , else board meetings as such would become a farce exercise.
so every company ltd must necessarily hold so many meetings per yr that need be followed by the company secretary and he or she shall ensure the same n the interest of the share holders as also that of the company as such,and he should report on the relevant AGM .that would be a rule of law procedure.
