10 August 2013 What to be included while Uploading Balance Sheet & Profit Loss Account with Audit Report.? Do we need to add capital accounts and other anextures like Debtors, Creditors, Stock, Unsecured Loan List etc..

Can we do SD/- to pdf files..? Or we have to take the signature of the Party manualy and the scan it n then upload the same.

Can we use digital signature of the party to Sign the Pdf file.

10 August 2013 I also confused about it, is it necessary to take all partners signs on P&L BS along with schedules before uploading the audited statements.
