I have filed the return under section 139(4) i.e. belated return, in which i have claim the refund. I would like to know that whether this return is processed and issue of refund or not. Is there any provision to apply for the refund.

06 September 2011 You have not mentioned how you have filed the return if you filed online then the time gape for issue of refund is less whereas if you filed it physically then it may take some time but refund is sure.
