I read that time barred returns can be filed online by shri Ganesh babu k on July 2016
Can any one help how to do it as I have to file time barred return for AY 2011-12, 12-13 and 13-14 and ask for refund

for those returns you need to take the permission / approval of the CIT in whose jurisdiction your case falls.
