for AY 2010-11, if return is filed after 31.03.2011, whether 271F penalty is attracted, if all the amount including 234 interests are paid before 31.03.2011, is 271F still attracted. kindly advise.

Yes Penalty is attracted even if all the taxes due are paid before 31.03.2011.
