Bad debts disallowed in a.y.2013-14 itr-4

25 May 2015 I had filed ITR-4 with Business income arrived at after claiming Bad Debts of Rs.134000/-. But recently after receiving the asst order I found it has been disallowed. There is no separate sheet of Bad Debts where we can mention the PAN no. in the ITR-4 of A.Y.2013-14. What should I do to revise/get it rectified? Pl guide.

25 May 2015 have you received a manual order or a 143(1) online intimation?

25 May 2015 I have received online intimation as well as the refund without the bad debts being considered.

25 May 2015 well generally it should not happen. You are correct that in AY 2013-14, there was no option of providing PAN details of the debtors.

you need to refer your return to a CA, so that he can closely look at why it has been disallowed.
