12 August 2011 (i) What is the minimum requirement of authorised capital for new company creation for legal consultency services?
(ii) What is the capital structure for legal consultency services?
(iii) Can I create a private limited company for legal consultency services with an authorised capital of Rs.1,00,000/-

13 August 2011 The minimum authorised and paid up capital required for incorporating a private limited company in India is Rs.1.00 lac. This is applicable to human resource outsourcing company as well as construction company. However, if you want certain special words to form part of your name, amount of minimum authorised capital gets increased as per guidelines of MCA.

15 August 2011 i) Minimum requirement of authorised capital for new company creation for legal consultency services is Rs. 100000/-
ii)Minimum 10000 equity share of Rs. 10 each or 100000 equity shares each of Re 1/- or as you wish provided number of shares are whole number

iii)Yes you can
