Dear Sir
I am submitted my 3B for Aug 17, dt: 22-08-2017 but system was i am enter penalty as per that day, after submission, system was very slow i am not make payment
now its not taking with out penalty for set off liability ? what i do

Pay the additional penalty and then offset the liability and submit the return.
