Auditors signature requirement in accounts

Dear all,
Does it becomes mandatory for a person to prepare accounts and get it signed by auditor before filing tax. person is receiving a annual salary income of 4 lakhs and also received commission of around 6 lakhs. in case of commission no TDS is deducted.

Not mandatory to obtain auditor's signature.
